Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced US Senior Recruiter with a proven background in US Recruitment, Executive Search, Leadership Hiring, Talent Acquisition, and Full-Cycle Recruiting.
The successful candidate will partner directly with US-based clients, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders to identify, engage, assess, and place top talent across professional, management, leadership, and executive-level positions.
This role is ideal for recruiters with experience in US Staffing, Executive Recruitment, Talent Mapping, Headhunting, Passive Candidate Sourcing, and Strategic Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based positions.
- Partner with US clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, workforce needs, and talent strategies.
- Source, identify, and attract talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, Talent Mapping, Market Mapping, Job Boards, Referrals, and Direct Outreach.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct Executive Search and leadership recruitment assignments.
- Recruit for Manager, Director, VP, SVP, Executive, and C-Level positions.
- Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and talent assessments.
- Present qualified candidate shortlists and hiring recommendations to clients.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate successful placements.
- Maintain ATS, CRM, and recruitment records while ensuring data accuracy.
- Track recruitment metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring performance.
- Consistently meet recruitment targets and client expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of hands-on US Recruitment experience.
- Proven experience recruiting for US-based professional, management, leadership, and executive-level positions.
- Experience working directly with US clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, Talent Mapping, Market Mapping, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Experience conducting Executive Search, Leadership Hiring, and Passive Candidate Sourcing.
- Strong understanding of the US hiring landscape, recruitment lifecycle, and staffing processes.
- Exceptional English communication skills with a neutral or native-level English accent.
- Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
- Ability to assess and influence senior-level professionals and executives.
- Availability to work in US business hours (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM PKT, Monday-Friday).
Preferred Qualifications
The following will be considered a strong advantage:
- US educational background.
- Previous study, residency, or work experience in the United States.
- Experience with US Staffing Firms, Recruitment Agencies, Executive Search Firms, or Talent Acquisition Consultancies.
- Experience recruiting Director, VP, SVP, General Manager, and C-Suite executives.
- Experience managing retained search, executive search, or leadership hiring assignments.
- International education and multicultural work experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- USD 2,000 - USD 2,500 per month (based on experience and demonstrated US recruitment expertise)
